APA on NPR

You are not imagining things if you hear “apa.org/helpcenter” on NPR this week. APA is running spots about mind/body health and holiday stress over the next few weeks on National Public Radio. The spots direct listeners to the Psychology Help Center. The landing page of the Help Center has links to resources on managing holiday stress and dealing with the holiday blues.

Happy Holidays!
