MMPI-2-RF: Overview, Interpretation Skills, and Application to Multiple Settings
The MMPI-2-RF is composed of 338 items with the RC (Restructured Clinical) Scales at its core. The MMPI-2-RF builds on the strengths of the MMPI®-2. The MMPI-2-RF features 51 new and revised empirically validated scales and takes only 35-50 minutes to administer. The MMPI-2-RF was released in August 2008.
This workshop starts with a review of the scales of the MMPI-2-RF. The afternoon session focuses on case studies and helps attendees build interpretative knowledge of the MMPI-2-RF.

Dr. Yossef S. Ben-Porath, Ph.D. — Yossef S. Ben-Porath is a Professor of Psychology at Kent State University. He received his doctoral training at the University of Minnesota and has been involved extensively in MMPI-2 research for the past 26 years. Dr. Ben-Porath is a co-developer of the MMPI-2-RF and co-author of the MMPI-2 and MMPI-A manuals and the monograph that introduced the MMPI-2 Restructured Clinical (RC) Scales. He is President-elect of Assessment Psychology, Section IX of APA Division 12 and the Associate Editor of the journal Psychological Assessment. Dr. Ben-Porath’s practice includes conducting criminal court-ordered evaluations and consulting to agencies involved in personnel screening for public safety and high-risk positions.
